How to parchase these products?
With each product there is an option to add the product to the shopping cart, then we will ask for some information of the buyer, name or adress, with this we will get a note and we will contact you immediately.
How many forms of parchase are there?
There are three ways of making paying:
a) Previous deposit in an account
b) Cash payment when delivered
c) Payment via credit card (coming soon)
How long will the delivery take?
Delivery time will take depending on the quantity ordered. If it is only one unit, delivery will take aproximtely 3 to 10 week days.
How does the shipping of the products work?
For internacional orders, we work with FEDEX, and, within Lima it will be delivery. In both cases, shipping and handling will be payed by the customer.
Is it posible to change or return merchandise?
We accept changing the merchandise up to 10 days alter making the purchase, the jewlery piece must be undamaged.
What security do I have that the product will be delivered?
Qulki is a company with vast experience in working with silver and we work with other worldwide known companies (such as Fedex, and in the future with Visa).
