You can buy our silver jewelry on the web page www.qulki.pe following these indications:
- You can access our silver jewels by clicking on the categories and subcategories respectively on the left hand side of the web page until you find the one of your preference.
- Once you find the product you want, choose the quantity to purchase by adding it to the little car pressing the "add product" button.
- To modify your product choices, simply change the quantity you want to purchase in the blank spaces beside each product and click on the Update list button.
- The purchase list is the summary of the client’s orders in the session. This summary will show all the products to be purchased and the amount before delivery charges and taxes that has to be deposited in Qulki´s bank account. To add the delivery charges click on "delivery costs". This amount has to be checked with the total products weight and destination.
- Purchasing the product: when clicking on this item, a questionnaire will appear and show you what must be filled. This data is required for us to acknowledge your purchase. The data that is not mandatory is “company name” and “commentaries”. If your purchase is done outside Peru, please type your address correctly to let the courier (FEDEX – Serpost) deliver the products without any problem.
- When we receive your purchase order, an e-mail will be sent to you living you the details (including courier costs) and the exact amount of your purchase. This amount has to be deposited in Qulki’s bank account. In case of any discount, it will also be showed there.
- Qulki, will process your order as soon as you receive the mail confirmation. No order will be processed until the deposit is made.

- After selecting Peru, click on the item “New receptor in Peru”, there you should put the amount to be sent and choose "Bank deposit".
- This will lead you to a new formulary in which these data (detailed afterwards) will have to be filled correctly to deposit the amount in Qulki’s bank account:

- After filling that, the web page will ask your credit or debit card data to be able to complete the purchase.

- As soon as Qulki receives the payment, your silver jewelry will be delivered in a maximum of 7 working days depending on the selected courier

- Deposit in our current account at Scotiabank Perú Nº 0538082736. (Local currency) and Nº 0538093892 (US$ account) with Swift Code: BSUDPEPL. The deposit can also be made in our savings account at Banco BBVA Continental Nº 00110486890200465451 with SWIFT Code BCONPEPL. The SWIFT Code is important for international transfers to Perú.
- The product delivery will be made as soon as we confirm the deposit in our bank accounts. The jewelry will be delivered in the exact address that was indicated in the formulary. To track your purchase just contact us at this phone number: 511- 99736-9454 indicating your product, the date the deposit was made and sending us the voucher to this e-mail: cterreros@qulki.pe If your country of residence is Peru, you can contact us by phone or mail indicating us the following data: bank’s agency where the deposit was made, Operation number (it is shown on the voucher) and the exact amount deposited. After that your silver jewelry will be delivered in the indicated address.
Delivery vs Payment (Peru only)
- Delivery vs Payment: It applies only when you have chosen this method of payment on the web page. It is required that the delivery vs payment address is indicated and the time when the exchange will take place. In the event of changing the time and date, please let us know with anticipation at this phone number 99736-9454. In case there is a second deliver, it will have an additional cost.
- By default we give a sales receipt. In case you need a “company sales receipt” please let us know in the formulary.
- The delivery time for the silver jewelry is calculated as follows:
- Locally: 2 working days after you receive an e-mail where we acknowledge your purchase order.
- Foreign orders: your order will be processed as soon as you receive our acknowledgement e-mail. Although the time for delivery will start to be counted when we receive the deposit confirmation by e-mail or phone. Delivery time will depend on destination but it should not exceed 7 working days.
- Empty the purchase list. This will give you the possibility of deleting your purchase list by clicking on "empty list".
- Delete. This gives you the option of deleting a selected item by clicking on the “Delete” button which is beside each product.
